    Team Rider – Perth Standlick

Perth Standlick is a team rider with a huge future and looks likely to be a contender on the World Tour in the years to come. He is a great all round surfer who dominates in the big stuff and has the aerial repertoire to make his mark in small wave contests. I like working on a wide variety of boards with Perth. he extends my repertoire in making good aerial boards and I love making his Hawaii quiver each year. Making sure he has great boards for each leg of the WQS is keeping me busy.

Perth is on the World Qualifying Series (WQS) and missed out on qualifying for the World Championship Tour (WCT) this year by only seven spots. He got a fifth at Sunset, a ninth at Haleiwa and a second place in a six-star event Spain. Watch this space, big things expected from this young guy. One of my favourite surfers to work with in terms of refining and perfecting boards for high performance and big wave surfing. He’s also super fun to work with and keen to spend time in bay. Perth rides the Silent Savage and Vertrix models as his competition shortboards.
